Judy Weeks

Judy Weeks is a Southern Highlands based artist whose practice incorporates both painting and printmaking. While her prints encompass a monochromatic palette her paintings are vivacious with colour. In addition to her many years of travel, Weeks is inspired by Greek mythology and the landscape. Specifically, beautiful gardens, wide skies, reflections found in water and native birds are all sources of influence. In 2018 Weeks’ received first place in the Belle Landscape Prize BDAS, and in 2019 she received first place in the Pirtek Still Life BDAS. Weeks’ work can also be found in a number of private and public collections.
